plus you'd probably txt a friend to ask where they were... he said call through the office to emphasise how more convinient it would be to txt rather than not have the option and have to call.

Actually, I never text. Sometimes if you text, it can end up taking over a day to get to the person you were intending on talking to. A bit useless if you're lunch break is an hour.
