If you ever need to make a phone call there's nothing stopping you from going to reception is there?

It is a waste of the schools phone bill you ring your friend to say "Where are you? I've been looking for you all Lunch time?"
And sometimes you have to pay to use the phone at the reception - Why would you bother bringing money to school?
