I've gone power metal lately; Kamelot, Symphony X (totally awesome), some Dream Theater, etc.
Power metal you say? I recommend some Blind Guardian, Edguy, Sonata Arctica, Aina and Avantasia then.

Those bands + your bands + Ayreon = my staple music diet.
