I've looked into doing this, but it's not feasible. The search and replace function for languages and phrases built into vBulletin uses PHP's
str_replace() function rather than allowing me to use superior Regular Expressions (PCRE in this case).
Basically, it means that I can't specify case-insensitive or vice-versa.
