OOC:
Time to return and restore order... I can't remember exactly how long have you been here Carnix, but last time we had a major malfunction in the factory (i.e. the Grinding Station accident), the whole plot got clogged up because of the repairs. I really don't think we need that right now, you know, waiting for spare parts, fetching people who can do repairs and all.
As for the machinery, I always imagined it as a half-automatic system. They are constantly on stand-by mode, but they need manual control from employees to keep the conveyors running (e.g. like in the AO intro, Mudokons controlling those traverse plates with those levers). But even if you wanted Krett to notice some fault in the machinery, you could've told a mechanic instead of creating a mess out of it. Repairing the damage before it gets worse also keeps the plot moving, in my opinion.
I believe some of the plot clogging is due to my absensce. But, surely as most of you do, I have other things to do, and sometimes I don't have the energy for all this, yet alone sorting out problems which occur here. As for the improvement of the plot, I've talked about this with Splat some weeks ago, but someone also mentioned the same idea here recently which was called down. I don't want to tell what it was, but if necessary, I will start Operation Sorting-Out and make efforts to guide the plot to a more interesting track without unnecessary in-game violence done.
I will wait for your opinions first, then I'll do some IC.
