Lol.
It would've been really funny if you had made it a teacup poodle called Fifi. xD

If he would have been a poodle, the bigger version wouldn't have been very frightening.

Great, as always. Those pages were full of sorrow, which made it absolutely perfect. Congrats.

Kana's First Prey
Baby Kana...
Yes, I can draw babies! It scares the hell outta me though...
The story of The Priestess will not only show what happens to Kiho, but also the whole life of Kiho's little half-brother from birth till... death. I guess.
So I had to include the baby part. It's also a good chance to show what the father-son-relationship between Adahy and Kana was like.
This picture is about a scene after Kana was given to his father for the next few weeks:
Adahy returned to his cave and saw his son running around. It seemed that Kana chased something. Adahy stepped closer to him to see what was going on and found out that Kana just caught a lizard. Kana grinned happily at his dad (like this) and said "Look father, I made my first prey!" expecting an good answer from him.
But Adahy just looked at the dead thing between Kana's teeth with a frowning face and didn't say a thing.
"I hunted and killed it all by myself!", Kana said proud, still expecting an answer, "Soon I'm gonna be a great carnivore, just like you!"
Adahy looked in his son's eyes very seriously.
"This is just a small lizard.", he said cold.
Kana noded, but didn't lose his happy mood, "Yeah, I know. But it's my first prey!"
"Maybe. However, it is still a small lizard."
"Yes, yes. It is. It's just... I mean that-"
"Kana!", Adahy's voice started to sound dangerous, "It's a small, weak lizard and a quite ridiculous prey for a real hunter!"
Kana's smile disappeared, still having his dead prey between the teeth. He was quiet.
"It's nothing more than that and will never be!", Adahy said, turned around and left.
Kana let his prey fall down and looked at it. A moment of silence.
Then he ate his first prey without saying a word.
Kana has always admired his father for that Adahy was the biggest and stongest carnivore in the world (Kana's world, that is). Too bad, this will be the reason why Adahy is going to be his worst enemy.
Oh, and the stone ground is nothing more than a wrinkled-up paper that I scanned and edited.

Neat trick, huh?
