third series of thumbnails, third picture: is that Wage Wars?

Looking at my originals, I don't think so. While the first word (the one on top) does appear like 'Wage', the second word is not 'Wars'.
Furthermore, for anyone that wishes to
purchase the book where these images are taken from, you can do so through Amazon. Be warned, out of 160 pages, only 10 are devoted to Lorne Lanning / Oddworld / Citizen Siege.
