Pinnacle Studio. It's not cheap but you can find some cheaper editing studios if you wish. Windows Movie maker comes with windows I think. You could do it through that.

I wasn't being an idiot, I just didn't know whether Movie maker came with windows or whether you had to download / install it seperately.
