Good question! My guess is that with all the tears they shed, these Mudokons would quickly become dehydrated if they didn’t have liquid intake. This would be in the form of SoulStorm Brew.

I have always thought this. But I wasn't sure. Or another possibility is that they have drunk SoulStorm Brew and they have been punished with the tear tractor. And so they were already sick when they started being "extracted". But I prefer your opinion Max. Iy's more credible. Thank you !!!
