Well, I guess I can relate to that because I have Trypanophobia, that's a fear of injections. Pretty bad wit me actually, as I've skipped the last... *counts on fingers* four school vaccinations. That includes tetanus and cervical cancer.
I say, get yourself in a nice, quiet room, like your bedroom, close your eyes, and imagine the walls are lined with the little hairy legged monsters. *You may want to sit down, lol* While you do this, clench you right fist as hard as you can for about 30 seconds. If you feel up to it, do it for longer. Then take a break, and do it again, but clench your left fist. You won't get results overnight, but it'll help.

I am quite the sissy and will not allow a needle anywhere near my body unless not having it would be life threatening. Two years ago my job had flu vaccinations. I went to the room, sat down, put out my arm, and then promptly said that "f
uck that" and left after seeing the needle.
