This is fanart about characters of a friend of mine.
Long story short:
Oedis (the guy left) was an experiment to create a super-soldier, but they couldn't control him, so he was a "failed" experiment. Later, they gave him a job to catch an escaped gladiator, in exchange they would set Oedis free if he makes it. But they didn't. They put him back.
The machines that chain Oedis' hands is an idea of mine. I thought that there had to be something that bars him from escaping, which is easy with his fire-ice powers, I guess. So I designed something that actually absorbs his powers at any time he uses them.
When I drew it, I imagined Shadix (toad-like guy in the middle) making toasts with Oedis' powers. :]
