Um, try and think that it's not real, but I mean that doesn't stop other games from creeping people out when they're not real, hell, I got freak out in Masseffect, some guy appeared right behind me out of nowhere, I think it was a Rachni.
Try seeing a councillor, I'm not suggesting that there is anything wrong with you, but their are speacilists who's feild is in phobias.
