Cloverfield. Wonderfully well done film, best of 2008 so far, of course that doesn't give it much credit. The movie is the perfect length, doesn't drag it out at all, but still gets the job done. There are some edge of your seat moments, though they are few. The monster is great, and the parasites that come off of it are worse than any kind of critters on earth. The camera shaking gets annoying at times, but it is still a good job. Not many shots of the monster, but near the end, you see alot of it. If you're looking for a straight up monster film, all about the monster, you will probably be disappointed. If you're just looking for an excellent film, this is your ticket, go see it, now.
