If you want to know who something is directed to you should check and see the quote the person is responding to.
Also, I don't remember calling you a dirty foreigner but if I did it was meant to be a joke. An obvious joke, actually. If you misinterpreted this as being serious I apologize. I wouldn't want you to think that I dislike you because of where you are from. It just isn't the case.
