Well see... It wouldn't have been such a problem if it wasn't done just recently. If you read back, you'll see that Splat's character Stivik, was a spy sent by the cartel to Arnie's factory, to get him in trouble because they didn't like this free-mud deal. So Stivik snooped around, taking note of several things that was wrong with the factory, and got Arnie in trouble. So not the cartel sent Dionysia here for him to babysit. Also, Krik, Dionysia's creator came to the factory too, to inspect things.
Now a new glukkon suddenly being sent just seems a bit silly
