You're just pissed becuase I cought you out flaming another member, which isn't very hard to do, oh what, you're doing it again, and don't say that it's an opinion, becuase I got punished saying an opinion before.
And he can't anyway, becuase he has absolutly no reason to, and being a mod, he's in a position of having more rep points, and having supposed pressure to dish them out.

Seriously, you really shouldn't care about rep points as much as you do.
As far as I see it, Hobo gave you negative rep, because you made a racist remark, which for some can be very insulting. To me it seems like a perfectly normal reason to give rep. Besides, no rules state when you can or cannot give rep.
If it's such a big issue, you can take it up with Alcar and suggest something, but all this whining and bitching is only gonna dig you in a deeper hole, I believe.
