I bagged all of them the second or third time around the game. Packrat I agree was a hard one but Elboze was almost impossible. I managed to get him either way.

He's actually quite easy to beat and bag. Simply go onto one of the steam pads, stay there, and shoot charged Zapflies at his back. You won't get hurt from him, and you get an easy bounty
