My point is that I'm being portrayed as someone who nobody knows because someone thinks I did something wrong... If I was top spam all over the place then the rep thing would show me as someone barely noticed when quite clearly a spammer is soo irritating you don't forget them...

If you spammed all over the place then surely your rep wouldn't matter as you'd receive an infraction?
Rep only matters if you actually care what others think of you which judging by the mudslinging and cow buggering malarkey is actually quite a small number so therefore if you deliberately try to be noticed then you will be received in a less than glowering light.
It's just a figure dude, try not to let it get to you.
