Would anyone care to scan in this wonderful manual?

Oh my Nate, if I was back home I'd do it straight away. It
is a beautiful manual - to the point that I went and bought a second copy of the PlayStation version when I misplaced the original manual.
I also tried to search for it on Google, but it doesn't look like anyone has already scanned it.
