This isn't related to a problem listed in this topic, but if it helps anyone, I recently installed Abe's Oddysee onto a laptop that had Vi$ta loaded onto it. At first I activated the backwards compatibilty, which was a mistake because Vi$ta's backwards compatibilty is really crappy - It made AO crash when I tried to use it. So I simply turned it off, and AO ran completely fine afterwards.
Cool, huh?
I finally found a game that runs on Vi$ta without it crashing, slowing down, or simply not working at all.
