Ahem, it seems to me that Goths have mostly died out in recent years. Although, hey, funny side story:
I had a goth experience a couple months ago when myself and girlfriend went to her friends house in Brooklyn. One of the guys roomates was goth to the max, complete with painted black room, red lights, creepy Vasquezesque drawings (ooh, artist!) and bass-heavy synth anger. So we played a card game where the loser had to be hogtied and smascked up with a wooden stick. It ended up being my girlfriend, who received a potato to bite on whilst being beaten.
And that's what happens when goth stops being a phaaaaaaase!!!
