Saying someone was 'nearly raped' is like saying you 'almost broke your arm'. Either you're raped or you aren't. Clearly he didn't do much if the boys in blue couldn't nail him.
Animals have been abused and exploited throughout history. Unfortunately, it's a fact of life. Terrible? Sure. But dwelling on a couple of dogs being beaten/killed won't change much in the grand scheme of things.
If you're so worried about animals, look into factory farming and laboratory testing. Those are both things you can make an impact on. Stop being a soppy little cunt, junior.
On a more personal note, practice your own advice and tread lightly. People like OANST have been around, and stuck around, for quite some time. We were here when these forums were thriving, nay, booming. You strolled in last month and seem to be under the impression that you own the place.
Figure out your spot on the totem pole, get some respect, and shut the fuck up.

Rape is pretty much one of the worst things you can do, its just hard to prove and report. He isn't under the impression that he owns the place, he just isn't used to the pointless mudslinging. @mullocks assistant - snapping here is bad, and you just get laughed at by the egoists. You have a point though, though beating up someone is a crime.
On topic...I have a dog from a shelter, I'd hate for anything like this to happen to him.
