there are bigger sharks than Great White's, but not all are carnivorous; the Whale shark is the biggest shark known to man, and yet only eats plankton. the second biggest shark known to man would either be the Basking shark or the Megamouth shark, both are non-carnivorous (like Oddey, i used to be obsessed with sharks when i was at school).

I am aware of that, it's just that there's nothing larger than the Great White currently alive that is carnivorous, or something you can catch with a rod. So that's why I said Great White.
Great White isn't as small in comparison to Megaladon as one would think...
