Ralph was annoyed, that vykker had distracted him! Back in the old days it wouldn't have mattered, he would've easily picked up the trail again. But that was before...
Anyway, he'd better find something else to do now. He started heading back towards the cafeteria, but stopped as he saw a few figures up ahead. One was the mudokon he'd helped take the injured one to the vykkers with yesterday (Jim, and the injured one being Anni of course) - he still hadn't learned anyone's name around here! And the other two he didn't really recognize, though he'd seen the dark one before. He stood back, just watching for a moment...
