This happened yesterday. I went to scrabania and after I had gotten Elum I tried to do the walk-through-walls trick but it didn't work. While I was trying to do that I hopped and I moved Elum forward as soon as hit the ground. When I tried to move he just sort of stuck to the floor and the animation where he moves played.
In other words his feet moved but Elum didn't.
Thankfully after you stopped moving him then he could move again. My brother and I laughed at this for about 2 minutes.
