I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to say. I do believe that those blind Mudokons are Mudokons that were saved by Abe. They probably were born with the ability to see, but had gotten stitches later on.

. You're right, they were born sighted, but I remember in AE one led that was saying (in Italian): "CUCIOCCHI 2000", the machinery that sews the Mudokons' eyes. I think Abe saved the Mudokons by Glukkons and then they were captured by MO's enemies.
