They are the natives of SW, they are SW's answer to muds basically, but Lorne wanted to seperate SW from the other games and therefore introduced new speacies.
They were supposed to have toad companions, which brings me to my question, do those toad things technically still exist in oddworld, or was their idea cut?
Oh, and to lorne more about grubbs, play SW, I would tell you but they are quite closely intergrated into the story, and I don't want to ruin it for you.
