Which clakker towns are susceptible to flooding and/or being washed away by the released Mongo river? Buzzarton appears to be in a cannon (which are carved by rivers) though the flow may have left it long before then.

Stranger is supposed to be travelling up the dried river valley, so I’d say Gizzard Gulch, Buzzarton, and Beek’s Opple Farm are all in for a drowning. After that it gets a little weird, since Stranger ends up descending upon New Yolk City, but I’d say that too probably gets flooded: although it’s behind a rock formation, the Port Authority would clearly let water through if the river were to rise.
