I saw in the members list that much fan left the forum, perhaps because they weren't contents to be in it.

As with many online forums, we have those people who register, but then never return. Sad fact of forum life.
Now, new members have every right to join in discussions, but we do stipulate that you post intelligently and on-topic. If new members want to spam and act like idiots then they will soon find out how much we dislike such behaviour.
