If you meant to impossible kill all mudokons in the First Area of the game, IT'S POSSIBLE
If you leave the stage, they DIE...how though? o_O

He doesn't just mean the ones in Rupture Farms. There's a couple scattered around in secrets that you just can't kill.
For example the secret where you're chased by a Scrab and Muds are above you. There's nothing that can kill them.
