Colonel Vernel watched the Vykker angrily stomp out and screech. He then spoke into the intercom;
"All right you pansy Gabbits! It's time to put some action into this place! Whoever is the one to fetch and escort out to the visitor's area a Vykker with a Mudokon corpse in a large suitcase will receive a bonus this week! If you show the right qualities, you might even get a promotion to Sergeant! How about that, you underwear wearing, children's TV watching sons of Fleeches?"

Banner heard an announcement over the intercom, yet continued to proceed through to the TV along with Stan. He sat down and spoke to Stan;
"Don't worry about that, it's a test for the new, normal Sligs. Big Bro's like us tend to be not be career Sligs, and the boss would be pretty angry if we started interfering in his operation.
By the way, the channel is cable code 449."
Banner reached over and found several remotes neatly perched on a table. He then grabbed the cable one and input the codes, gently tossing it back as he went. A new channel flashed up, with the ending of a previous programme showing;
"You! You were the one who.."
"Yes. I took the girl's purse and disposed of it in the river. I then drove off, thinking my assassination of the dear, late Ernie with his own walking stick had gone to plan. But it appears you good people of the Exnaury squad are more than efficient at tracking down the cads and lowlifes of Airemus. But have you ever thought why I did it?"
"No, I just know you are SCUM!"
"It's because I.."
Heinrich the Slig emptied several rounds into the unidentified culprit, played by Nonta Hope, and the culprit fell to the ground, and began removing a rubber mask. It then faded out, with the APD logo flashing up and announcing the title of next show's episode.
"Wow, that was fairly good for a 30 second ending." Banner said.
About 10 names flew in the credits and a few logos blazed by.
Then, the advertisements began.
