The Guardian Angel movie isn't particularly part of the game. I doubt he'd want to buy the PS version just for that one movie.
And no, the graphics aren't exactly better. It depends on the TV you're playing on.

Yes, but the Guardian Angel is very good and the PS1 version doesn't occupy spaces on your PC, because you use it on PS1
And I played the PC version of Abe's Oddysee on PC and it was very bad about graphic, perhaps because it was a downloaded game. For example watching the Abe's moon on the PC I watched the lights when the BigFace appeared where "squared" and the colours were not defined.
