Wellington, New Zealand. Hopefully t'aint Patrickland. It's not too bad, especially in comparison to Auckland (where all the bands go and play, it's essentially the capital), that place is a shithole with a Queens St.
EDIT: If it's aboot the horrible people who live here, Lower Hutt has at least two mobs at the moment that I know of. Hate walking past fucking alleyways at night, I'm so haxxor I carry a little knife in my shoe.
I'm not being racist when I say our indigenous people are stereotypically gangster and aggressive, it's pretty bad. Pretty much all New Zealand gangs (that I know of) are Maori.
OTHER than that, it's a pretty fucking nice place.
