You know the strange thing is ... that although I would consider myself a Christian... I guess I am not what you would call a sterotypical Christian. This is because, whereas I believe in God and Jesus and the bible... my faith kind of wanders into other areas. Like the stuff that Pilot mentions. I believe too that there are spirits out there (I belive there are good and bad spirits). And I do believe that some people have spirits guide and help them, but I don't think this is evil like many Christians would (they would say that it's devil possession or something).

I also speculate about different things... like creation (I don't think the world was created in 7 human days, but more of over a period of time... and that God created the Big Bang to create the universe), and death (I believe in a heaven, but I also believe that not everyone can go to heaven... that there must be a "half-way" place for those that are not evil, but not perfect either ... as heaven would be pretty crowded otherwise. And I seem to think that your spirit goes somewhere while waiting to go to heaven. So maybe there is a place for "spirits" to go). And I think there were other people on Earth other than Adam and Eve (hey the people from the Land of Nod had to come from somewhere).

There's lots of other stuff... but I won't go into it and bore everyone (plus I'm not one for a religous argument).

I'm also a very open minded person who accepts others beliefs. In fact, it's unfortunately some Christians that are wrong as they say you "must" do this and "must" do that. It really gives us a bad name, when there are many like myself who believe but believe in other stuff also. After all, if you are Christian, it says that God created us to make decisions, so who says that we "must" do what.

OK... maybe I'm saying some weird stuff that isn't what some would say is Christian stuff... but as I said, I'm not stereotypical and have my own beliefs that tie in with my view of Christianity. And I think it's good to be open.
