I can't imagine it was actually him, nor why he would detract from his current work to do something like get tazed and beheaded in a cartoon!
I'm sure it was more of a poke at Oddworld than anything else.
He's a good man, but every good man needs a rousing now and then.
The first thought in my mind was that whomever wrote that in to the show was under the assumption that Lorne was "Out of a job" because of the closed SLO facility... but who knows? It'd be neat if somebody had a youtube clip of it or something...
