Yes, a bit of a downer topic. But if you want to brighten it up a little you can say what makes you confident again.

I got the idea for the topic when people were going into teams of 7-8 today. But no one wanted me in their team. And when the teacher put me into a team, I could tell that they didn't want me in their team.

It just diminished my confidence a bit. It made me think 'What have I done wrong?'.

I'm not that confident anyway. I'm a little better than I was before. But I still don't have that much self confidence.

Sorry, I sound like a bloody emo now.
