First off, one month (thirty days) in WoW costs fifteen U.S. dollars, second off, a sixty-day game card costs twice that.
Basically, it's the same damn price.
And I know that the U.S. sucks bawls, so you can't really use that as a poorly constructed insult, as you so implied.

Yeah, I have a problem with people who make Canada jokes, it gets old after a while.
The Canadian price is 60$, or maybe its just money grubbing future shop.
