Computer games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all run around in a darkened room munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

Meheh. Mind you, as a child I played games where I was a character from a video game so I guess you could say something like that happened. So yes, video games
do have an effect on children's behavior but, as has been said before, the parenting overrules such games and acts so if I child kills someone and says he learned to do it off grand theft auto I think it is ultimately down to bad parenting.
