What I got for using gifs for my sig that took up to much space.
Basically, If you get too many in a short time frame (About three weeks, I'd wager) then you get a banning of some sort, or lose some privileges.
Its really, really sad how much I know about this subject.

Thats what my little sidebar looks like, I wasn't aware until now that infraction numbers aren't on public display.
