Tyre stopped suddenly, and looked across at jerik.
"I saw that." He mouthed to jerik. This was one mudokon who was not easily conned.
Tyre glanced around and saw no-one had seen him. He looked at his cards. They werent actually bad! He looked across at jerik to see his expression in response to Tyre's words. Tyre supposed he wouldn't be that surprised-it was very sharply done, but Trye had eyes like an eagle.
