In a sick, twisted way, it does the world justice to have those people using drugs, because we need less stupid people walking around Planet Earth.

While that's true, it also means that we've got all these unemployed, drug-addicted bums lying around the streets, influencing the young and easily-manipulated. Stupidity breeds stupidity, and while there's bums, there's always going to be
more bums in the next generation.
