You should already have winzip but if you dont then you'll have to go hunting for it (it's free no worries).
Make a new folder and copy it all in
Right click on the folder and select WinZip > Add to New Folder.zip
Click I Agree
A new .zip folder should be created and within this should be everything that was in the folder you created. Just send that zip folder to me.
