So, in a way, Gappiqu would probably be pardoned in this situation. I guess if you put it in a way that shows the defendant's point of view, there would be innocence. And I do intend on showing the intelligence of Gappiqu in the next version. He is like Baltar Gaius is Battlestar Galactica; incredibly intelligent, but emotionally unstabel. And most of the basement incident and the entire laboratory incident has been forgotten by Gappiqu for reasons that are hard to explain. If you put it like that, (which is most likely to have happened, being that Gappiqu wants to live without being killed in the end) sure, he will be pardoned.
Yet, if you asked different people on what happened, they would have different recollections of these incidents. Only Goresplatter, Edward, and Rick would possibly remembered the cafeteria incident, which would back him up. Yet, still. If you asked Molt, he would say that Gappiqu is a menace, who tried to kill him twice. Slap would say that his tramauitized self is quite hazardous, being that he can't control his feelings. RG-49 would say that he would want him to pay for his assult on him. There would be a confusion there. But I guess that in a sense of Gappiqu's point of view, he could explain his reactions, which could be excuseble.
I would just have to see what happens in v.8 then.
