Damn... They are treating Video Games like a desease. I admit there are some people out there who need to get a life, and not be so obsessed about video games, but C'mon!
It's not like everyone who plays video games is glued to them 24/7/12/365.
Although, one of their propositions seemed logical.

However some of the rest seemed like complete B*llsh*t.

• Encourage the consideration and inclusion of "Internet/video-game addiction" as a formal diagnostic disorder in the upcoming revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV.

So now I have a disorder for playing video games? WTF?!
Methinks that doctors/researchers are getting a litle too far into this... Or maybe they are doing things right, I just don't know it yet, or maybe video games don't have that effect on me or something....
but as for where I stand right now, these doctors are acting stupid.
