I know a kid who got a swirly and burnt the jocks house down, cops didn't do anything, either, cause the kid had really bad asthma and just had an asthma attack right there out of fear, that and claustrophobia.
He was in the hospital for a while, too, and they just wouldn't leave him alone, so he just left one night, sprayed the guys house with gasoline and set fire, didn't even stay to watch, just went back to bed.
