No I am not related to Hobo.
As for a
fictional thing, I do believe humans have had some effect on the planet. I understand the planet goes through cycles of increasing hot, or increasing cold weather, but I believe the existence of the Ozone Hole is proof enough that we have done
something. Something, which we are able to reduce and rectify.
Also, my department handles a vast range of other matters. National parks, natural resources, water, all types of pollution, flora and fauna, and so on. The 'Climate Change' in the title / portfolio is there for the well known reason of putting the public at ease.
