IC: Stan looked at Kole. He didn't reply about the barrels...he seemed sorta twitchy about something. He didn't understand what exactly could be the problem, not anything he said, he'd done nothing wrong, at least he didn't think so...he looked to him "Uh, if there's ever a problem, don't be scared to talk to me, 'kay?" hopefully that would do the trick.
Anyway, he took the plate from the female, muttered "Thanks" and dished himself a couple of the eggs he'd done and took it to the table to eat. He was careful not to get too close to the...thing. Which was still stood there. He sat with a thud in the middle of the bench so as not to tip it over, and tried to food "Wow, this is awesome!" Stan thought, and turned his head back round to the Mudokons "Hey! This stuff's great! Thanks!" he then turned back round to the food and began devouring it rapidly, this was just too good to pass up...at least, in comparison to what he'd been eating before.
Chelon observed the table. He went round into the kitchen, dished himself some eggs onto a plate, and then took it to a table to eat. He took a knife and fork, and observing how they were being used by the Slig, tried to imitate it. It wasn't too hard to get round, he pinned the bread down with the fork, sliced it with the knife, picked up some egg with the fork to put onto the bread, then shoveled it into his mouth, again on the fork. He soon got into a rhythm with this. This stuff was very nice, probably also more...nutritious, was it? Than most everything else he'd ever eaten. he could understand why the Slig over there as eating it so fast.
