Depends on what you mean. Any instance where you have to use the keypad (naming your profile, naming items in Oblivion, etc), you can use this new little doohickey. But yeah, I don't think there are any in-game chat options yet.

I mean like playing the game with the tiny keypad, like a usb keyboard (but not because these are somewhat cooler).
