Arrack walked over through the abandoned warehouse, searching for bedding. He saw several mattresses strain across the floor, but suddenly felt a bit heavy in the head. He tried to ignore it, but his head just seemed to feel heavier. He grabbed his mask, but only slipped it off for a second before his arms seemed to sling it back of their own accord, trying to get back to the train track to go back. Arrack finally fell to the floor, seemingly dead. Then the crazed hobo mutated back into his true form of a mutant Oktigi, and died.

The real Arrack was encased in a block of ice.
Arrack had been given a Lungbuster as a holiday gift by his master, and reacted adversely. So the mutant's molding had actually adapted to a delusional version of history. The joke was on him.
