well, sonic from the 360 game could have many more moves than that. He could have a homing attack for his ^+B attack (you could aim it like Fox's attack). And for his standard B attack it could be the spin thing yes. And for his forward B attack it could be a lightning fast sprint through some enemies.
A attacks could be kicks like the ones from the 360, and his "Final Smash" technique could be that he turns into Super Sonic and flys around hitting things.
As for his height/weight he'd be a light character. He'd be taller than Pikachu but as tall as/smaller than Mario.
But, with that being said, I don't really care/mind if he is going to be in SSBB.
And also with Solid Snake, their new approach to Link's and Zelda's costumes may allow him to fit in with the wonderfully rendered backgrounds and characters, although he does still seem out of place.
